Focus Groups are an extremely useful tool to gain qualitative research. In today’s world we are often presented with only data and numbers. Focus Groups use organized discussion in order to better understand why people make the decisions that they do.
Each group involves selected participants coming together to share their opinions and criticisms about an experience, product, or idea. Members of the group usually have something in common but often come from diverse backgrounds.
